On Thursday 12th October we look forward to welcoming our wine expert John Budd of Boutinot Wines to The Glynne Arms for an Italian Wine Tasting Night. John has worked with our chefs to pair the wines he has chosen with a special menu of Italian small plates.
John has chosen versatile food wines that represent many geographical areas of Italy. He will be on hand to discuss with our guests on the night and offer more information.
The tasting will be eight glasses of wine for £15 per person (which we’ve worked out makes up a bottle of wine, so that makes for great value). Palazzina Moscato Passito (desert wine)
Lemon curd, marmalade, and citrus peel with lightly floral notes. The palate has lots of ripe apricot and acacia honey characters with honeyed sweetness
