Yoga for Beginners
£25 inc brunch and a hot drink. 2 hours
This yoga workshop is ideal for complete beginners and anyone who’s just getting into yoga and wants to understand more about benefits, the importance of the breath and key yoga poses.
We’ll explore key poses, like downward facing dog (and what that actually is!), to give you the confidence and knowledge to attend yoga classes going forward.
For those with some knowledge of yoga, we aim to give you more understanding of the poses and help with alignment.
After the workshop, a healthy and delicious breakfast/ brunch, along with tea and coffee will be provided downstairs, giving time to have a chat with your new yogi friends.
